• 4+ years of professional backend development experience

• Deep expertise in Node.js and Nest.js, including microservices architecture and modular monorepos

• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript with strong understanding of design patterns and type safety

• Extensive experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and optimization

• Proven track record in architectural design of complex backend systems from planning to deployment

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes in production environments

• Highly proactive, autonomous, and ownership-driven approach to solving technical and product challenges

• Experience with high-load systems

• Experience with Websockets

• Experience leading a team

• Frontend skills (React)

• Experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar message brokers for distributed systems
