We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer with deep Python and PyTorch expertise to design, train, and deploy machine learning models and LLM-powered systems. You will work across the full AI pipeline — from data preparation and model training to fine-tuning, evaluation, and production deployment of intelligent applications.

• 3+ years of professional Python development experience

• Solid hands-on experience with PyTorch for model training, fine-tuning, and inference

• Experience working with LLMs — fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA), RLHF, or distillation

• Understanding of transformer architectures and modern deep learning fundamentals

• Experience with data processing pipelines and dataset preparation for training

• Proficiency with Python ML ecosystem: NumPy, pandas, Hugging Face Transformers

• Experience with distributed training (DeepSpeed, FSDP)

• Familiarity with cloud GPU infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Lambda Labs)

• Experience building RAG pipelines or agent-based systems

• Contributions to open-source ML projects or published research
