Description:

We are looking for a strategic partner — not just an employee — to join N32 as Chief Business Officer. You will co-own the business development function, drive revenue growth through outsourcing and consulting engagements, and shape the company's go-to-market strategy. This is a partnership opportunity for a seasoned business leader who wants to build something meaningful together.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in IT outsourcing, software consulting, or tech services sales

Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and building long-term client relationships

Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and modern tech stacks

Experience managing P&L and driving revenue targets

Strong network in the US, EU, or MENA tech markets

Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on approach to building processes from scratch

Would be a plus:

Previous experience as a co-founder or C-level executive at a tech services company

Existing book of business or active client pipeline

Experience scaling teams from 20 to 100+ engineers

Background in AI/ML services positioning and sales
