We are looking for a strategic partner — not just an employee — to join N32 as Chief Business Officer. You will co-own the business development function, drive revenue growth through outsourcing and consulting engagements, and shape the company's go-to-market strategy. This is a partnership opportunity for a seasoned business leader who wants to build something meaningful together.
• 7+ years of experience in IT outsourcing, software consulting, or tech services sales
• Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and building long-term client relationships
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and modern tech stacks
• Experience managing P&L and driving revenue targets
• Strong network in the US, EU, or MENA tech markets
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on approach to building processes from scratch
• Previous experience as a co-founder or C-level executive at a tech services company
• Existing book of business or active client pipeline
• Experience scaling teams from 20 to 100+ engineers
• Background in AI/ML services positioning and sales
