You'll be an early engineer on our in-house product team, working across the full stack to ship features that real users depend on. This is a product role — you'll live with the code you write, see how users actually behave, and iterate based on what you learn. AI-native means something specific to us: you use agentic coding tools daily, you know when to drive them and when to do the work yourself, and you understand that shipping quality code with AI requires more judgment, not less.

• 2-4 years of full-stack experience

• TypeScript — deep enough to design APIs others rely on

• Node.js ecosystem — NestJS or equivalent (Fastify, Express), comfortable with Bun as a runtime and toolchain

• PostgreSQL — you write your own queries, understand indexing, and have opinions about ORMs. Fluency with Drizzle, Kysely, or Prisma is required

• React — modern patterns, hooks, state management

• Monorepos — Turborepo, Nx, or similar, and you understand why they exist

• Daily hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar agentic tools in production work

• Can articulate when agents help and when they hurt — when to run autonomously vs. when to pair step-by-step

• Comfort writing specs, prompts, and agent instructions that produce reliable output

• Prior experience at an early-stage product company (0-to-1 or 1-to-10)

• Chakra UI or similar component library experience

• Railway, Fly.io, or other modern PaaS deployment experience

• Fintech or complex B2B SaaS background

• Open source contributions, especially around developer tooling or AI infrastructure

• Experience with MCP servers, custom tooling for agents, or multi-agent workflows

• Experience working closely with product designers in Figma
